Randoms & Grandma's House

My little helper. Of course, this might actually delay getting all the laundry folded and put away, but he's learning and he's too cute!

Blaise is just too cute to not take pictures of. Such a happy boy.

And a couple from our trip to Grandma's house. Listen to Scott talking about Bosco (he thinks that the picture on the pillow is Bosco.)

And here's rolling on the Hippity Hop... and it's almost eery how quiet the room is for this video.

Maryland Trip - Part II

Scott got to go on the rides at the inlet. He was so thrilled- and rightly so after anticipating it for 2 whole days. He enjoyed all the rides. Though he gets a very serious look on his face while he's riding as we think he is trying to figure exactly what the ride is doing. We decided to wait on the kiddie roller coaster, because of the seriousness and not really knowing whether he would freak out or not. Oh, and also because we ran out of tickets. Scott quickly learned to ask Grandma for tickets so he could ride. Blaise missed the whole thing, if you look closely he was sound asleep in the stroller (which is saying something considering the volume!)

Fun with Daddy on the Tea Cup ride (PS- That's the longest video to date that's actually uploaded!)

Playing Horse Shoes with Uncle Buddy. I promised to post this one. Scott thought the world of Uncle Buddy. He got to see, pet, and feed the horses, watch some MLB on ESPN and said, "They play baseball!" and then this! What a great stop... I think it made up for the stand still traffic on 50 that turned a 1.5 hr trip into a 3 hr trip. The boys had a blast with Kelly and Trisha and Aunt Laura too, naturally.

The trip ended in Southern Maryland with some fun times with Grandma and a visit to Great Nana and Great Granddaddy's house. Blaise entertained himself for ages with a basket and some coasters... Scott was more interested in Hobbit, the dog.

Maryland Trip - Part I

Playing with the cousins in the front yard at Ocean City. Despite the difficulty in sharing (it's always hard to share when you're 2, and Scott and Connor did an equally decent job the entire time,) they all played very well together and we had a wonderful time visiting with them.

And here's Blaise enjoying being the center of attention while Scott was napping at one point.

And Scott interacting with the crabs... the still pictures are better, I'll post them on Winkflash in another week or so (after I get back from NY.)

Mommy's Birthday Cake

Scott is waiting patiently for his piece of my birthday cake... listen carefully, he says, "I need cake, need cake please."

Still waiting for the cake and having a conversation- I guess. It was amusing.

Close-Up!

Putting on his ear protectors... just like Scott and Daddy.

Approaching the camera... and then falling down?! Silly boys.

Father's Day Fun

The Daddy Playground

Blaise likes to play basketball... especially when Scott is still sleeping, so he can actually make a shot :)

New Games

Scott figured this out entirely on his own. I guess when he got bored of pulling it out and turning it upside down to use as a slide.

I think at some point every kid does this. I remember Scott spending hours in big blue box... so far, it hasn't been quite that fascinating for Blaise.

Tired?

Totally falling asleep while eating- the white noise of the laundry running in the background probably weren't helping. Cullen and I both can't help but laugh at this video clip and actually the other one is better, but it's too long to upload. And yes, I did get him down and put him down for a nap after taking the video. He slept for 3 hours.

Playing Outside

Scott learning to kick a football.

Blaise figuring out how to climb. Great, now he needs more supervision.

Month of May Part II

As usual, hanging out together working hard with those tools.

Scott got a Curious George stuffed animal from his grandparents... and this is what he does with it! (It didn't help that everyone in the room was laughing hysterically and otherwise egging him on.)

Scott's new favorite passtime.

Looky what Blaise figured out... so fun to watch them think things through!

Boys must make sound effects... listen closely :)
